a true gem in the heart of it all

helpful staff central location good breakfast cool refuge

I found the staff helpful and always available. the central location made reaching all attractions by foot easy. breakfast was good with many choices. I could find anything i wished for. the riad served as a cool refuge even in the heat. It offered a welcome escape.

the mint tea was good, but i did expect it to be a bit more readily available.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety. fresh juices, pastries, and fruits were available each morning. i particularly appreciated the local specialties served. They provided a taste of the culture.

attentive staff lovely breakfast gorgeous suite seepage marks basic amenities old towels

the staff were attentive. i love the lovely breakfast, that was served when i want. the parika suite was gorgeous. everything felt so calming.

there was seepage marks in the bathroom, that isn't very tender. i feel there was hardly any basic amenities in room. the bath towels felt old, not quite what you expect for a romantic getaway.

the riad had a lovely courtyard. the rooftop terrace offered expansive city views. i found the location provided easy access to local attractions. i appreciated the staff's help with arranging transportation.

The room had a slightly musty odor upon arrival. It dissipated after airing it out for some time.

the staff WERE nice, VERY accommodating, and always available.

I FOUND the room did NOT meet my expectations. THE bathroom lacked basic toiletries. the PRICE seemed exorbitant for what was PROVIDED. Even a DECENT kettle or good coffee was missing.

Staff assisted with luggage upon arrival. i stayed in the junior suite. It was clean. breakfast included fresh fruit and local pastries. a SMALL pool is available .

the bathroom lighting could be improved.
